U.S. Shipping: Currently we offer standard UPS ground shipping. You should recieve your order within approximately 2 weeks. Please note it may take longer for Alaska and Hawaii orders.
Canada Orders: We offer USPS or UPS ground shipping. Your order should arrive in approximately 3 weeks. Some remote areas may take longer.
Returns Policy: We endeavor to present the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, if you feel there is a discrepency between the item pictured and the item that you received, please contact us at tribal@tribalgear.com. We will evaluate your request and may arrange return shipping, exchange or store credit at our sole discretion.
Manufacturer's Defects In the event of manufacturer's defects, please contact us at tribal@tribalgear.com. We may arrange return shipping and the item(s) in question will be evaluated by our expert staff for defects and may be replaced, refunded or a store credit issued at our sole discretion. This policy does not cover standard wear and tear or damages caused by the user of the product.
