"The Muertos Series is something I've been wanting to create for a
while now- taking some of my favorite pop culture images and combining it
with the Mexican Dia De Los Muertos holiday. I have grown up with both
throughout my life. The mouse represents childhood and life, while the Dia
De Los Muertos imagery represents life and death to a certain extent.
I've always loved the traditional imagery of this holiday, I felt
there's something interesting in combining the two. I am very happy
with the images that came to be."
